Come and enjoy some function fitness and exercise for adults of all ages including older adults. Work on body alignment, core strength, movement education, strength, and endurance for overall body aerobic endurance, coordination of movement, balance training, and more! Please note these classes are co-ed. Some equipment is needed.
*Pricing Information: Each 12 class session is $75.00.
