The initial attraction of Tai Chi is the soft flowing movement, but there is more! The health benefits of tai chi are awesome and include: increased flexibility, more energy, improved balance and coordination, decreased risk of falling, improved posture, increased muscle strength, stamina, and energy, as well as enhanced mental and spirit well being.
